We offer you and your students a growing collection of tutorials in all major content areas, including phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and psycholinguistics.
Our introductory tutorials in these areas cover essential topics at an introductory level, providing examples and links to exercises by which students can immediately test their knowledge. We also offer more brief tutorials covering specific information at a more in-depth level. Our goal is to provide high-quality academic readings that present concepts and theories that are accessible and interesting.
Our ‘research’ tutorials guide students through the process of reading and writing linguistics from a ‘scientific-methods’ approach. Introductory tutorials address areas such as Semiotics and Language Families. Our writers are linguists who have comprehensive backgrounds in research and teaching, and several highly gifted graduate students who are very current in their knowledge of related fields.
Each tutorial has been reviewed by faculty and students to ensure the material is accessible without compromising academic integrity.
